You retain all rights to the content you upload or link (e.g., menus, images, PDFs). You grant Qeasy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for its legality, accuracy and appropriateness.
All Service software, branding and original content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of Qeasy or its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out herein.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us.

These Terms apply worldwide. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence still apply. Any dispute the parties cannot resolve informally within 30 days will be finally settled by one arbitrator under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. The seat of arbitration will be a neutral location agreed by the parties (or, failing agreement, Geneva, Switzerland). The language will be English. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
